The Frigidaire Range Model FFGF3023LBB F10 error code means the control is not getting the proper resistance back from the temperature sensor and is detecting a runaway temperature. This is usually caused by a failed temperature sensor. However, it can be the main control causing the problem as well. To figure out which one is the problem you will need to test the temperature sensor with an ohmmeter. Disconnect the sensor from the wiring harness and measure its resistance it should have roughly 1100 ohms at room temperature if not it's bad. If the sensor checks out good the control board needs to be replaced. The temperature sensor is the probe you see sticking out of the back wall inside of the oven.
If you do not have an ohmmeter to test the sensor with just replace the sensor as that is the common part to fail. If after replacing the sensor it still gives you the F10 error code you will need to replace the control board. Both parts for this model are linked on the right.
