The Aquastop System Has Been Activated
In the bottom of you washer behind the bottom panel there is a float switch which is part of the Aquastop system and it is triggered whenever water is leaking into the bottom of the washer.
Remove the panel or back cover and check for water leaks or water in the bottom of the washer, if you find water find the source of the leak and make the proper repairs.
If you don't see any water or anything leaking check the float switch for debris or any kind of object that may have gotten lodged under the float, if all looks well then you will need to replace the the Aquastop float switch.
