If you get this error and the washer is not overflowing water and flooding your floors then the water level pressure switch is bad and will need to be changed out with a new one.
If the washer is overfilling, turn off the water supply to the washer and the drain pump will drain out the remaining water in the tub. The pump will run constantly when this error code comes up. After the washer has finished draining unplug the washer and turn the water supply back on. If the washer fills while the washer is unplugged, the water inlet valve is bad and will need to be replaced.
To replace the water level pressure switch, remove the top of the washer and you will see it at the front right if your facing the washer, unplug the wiring harness from the switch, remove and install the new one.
This washer has two seperate water inlet valves, one for the hot water side and one for the cold water side, so you will need to figure out which one is bad letting water into the washer while it's unplugged. The video below will show you how to replace the water inlet valves on your bosch washer.
